Travertine Navona (or Travertine Alabastrino) is a material extracted in Italy in Roman quarries. It can be requested filled or not filled (with holes). It has a light brown color, and as for Classic Roman Travertine it is usually in “vein cut” with horizontal dark brown veins (and rarely in “cross cut”). Available in many surface finishes: polished, honed, brushed and tumbled. It has the great characteristic of being a compact and solid material, which is why it is suitable for both indoor (floors, marble-bathrooms, coatings, washbasins, kitchen countertops) and outdoors.
